Artist Martin Engler was born in 1953 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. He now lives in Geneva. He studied art in Zürich from 1969 to 1972 and developed various techniques travelling through Europe, Africa, South America and Asia from 1977 to 1985 : mixed media, paintings, collages and sculptures. His works are snapshots of an emotional strolling which links daily life to Art in the same flow. His transparent "Life Portraits" leave enough space for the spectator's own fantasy, allowing to freely build his own reality.
